Workplace adversity is experienced as bullying, discrimination, overwork and direct trauma. These experiences create psychological workplace injuries such as burnout, PTSD and compassion fatigue. Like so many, Ernestina had to navigate these workplace impacts alone. This specific experience led Ernestina to refocus her educational practice on delivering resilience programs for helping professionals and their organizations. She believes we shouldn't have to navigate this alone. It's time to change the conversation from 'what's wrong with you' to 'what's happened to you. This work represents Ernestina’s passion to support the evolution of workplaces that provide more curiosity, kindness and compassion.

In her educational practice, she's worked with diverse clients developing and optimizing training for in-person, e-learning and blended delivery.
