Meals

Breakfast and Lunch (Monday and Tuesday) are included with all tickets.

Dinner (Monday) is included with Speaker, VIP, and Volunteer tickets.

Breakfast Monday:

Seasonal Sunrise: Yogurt parfait with fresh berries, assorted freshly baked muffins. Includes coffee, tea, and juice.

Lunch Monday:

Butter Chicken: Tender braised chicken in a rich aromatic makhani sauce, basmati rice, warm naan bread, served with cucumber raita.
Vegetarian Option: Korean BBQ Tofu: Sesame chili marinated tofu, vegetable chow mein, ginger gai lan, and kimchi.

VIP Dinner Monday:

  • Entrees :

    • Chicken supreme simmered in a creamy roasted mushroom sauce.

    • Vegetarian Option: Vegetable lasagna Layers of zucchini, peppers, eggplant, bocconcini, olive oil, cherry tomato sauce

  • Salads:

    • Classic Caesar salad: Double smoked bacon, crispy herbed croutons, anchovy, house made Caesar dressing.

    • Baby greens: Olive oil poached cherry tomatoes, balsamic pickled cucumber, lemon salted radish, herb vinaigrette.

  • Side Dishes:

    • Saffron Infused jasmine rice pilaf.

    • Roasted tri-color beets and parsnips.

  • Desserts:

    • New York cheesecake with berry compote.

    • Chocolate cherry bread pudding with cherry sauce.

Breakfast Tuesday:

Continental: Fresh baked pastries, muffins, croissants, butter, jams, and preserves. Includes coffee, tea and juice.

​

Lunch Tuesday:

Moroccan Beef Stew: Slow braised beef with eggplant, dried fruit, toasted almonds in a Moroccan inspired curry. Served with an orange-scented couscous salad, and warm flatbread.

Vegetarian Option: Vegetarian Bolognese: Penne pasta with vegetarian bolognese, garlic breadsticks, and market greens salad with balsamic dressing.
