Jennifer is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in the dynamic intersection of IT, Security, HR and Sales.

Jennifer began her career in IT in the late 1990s as a systems administrator, quickly demonstrating a unique ability to bridge the gap between complex technical projects and clear, actionable business strategies. This skill set propelled her into leadership, where she consistently drove her teams to implement secure, scalable IT solutions that strengthened organizational resilience.

Currently, Jennifer is a National Director at UKG, a global HR & WFM SaaS company with over 15,000 employees. Her role at UKG continues to be shaped by her ability to align innovative technology with strategic business outcomes.

As Jennifer's career evolved into leadership roles, she became interested in human psychology and neuroscience to understand people at a human level. She completed programs such as Myers-Briggs, True Colours, and HBDI. Jennifer's passion for leading people combined with an introductory understanding of different types of personalities, allowed her to nurture mental health professionally and personally.”
